Siya Goyal stands accused of murdering her fiancé, 26-year-old Ketan Agarwal, along with her associate Chetan Chaudhary. The death occurred on June 18, 2026, when Agarwal fell into a 350-feet deep valley at Lohagad Fort near Lonavla during a trek. The case was initially registered as an accidental fall but was converted to a murder case five days later following a complaint by the deceased's father.

A case involving the owners and a partner of a Goa nightclub where 25 people died in a fire. The Bombay High Court cancelled their bail on grounds of gross criminal negligence and irresponsible acts.
